减肥餐。。。Keep fit Schedule

A : Hi friends....pls eat 2 to 3 hard boil egg....with yoke...in the morning...
B: Yoke is?
A: In the afternoon...eat 1 big steam chicken breast....plus cabbage or vegetables......(boil slao)
A: Yellow...
A: In the evening.....eat dragonfruit....+ 1 more fruit before 7pm....
A: afternoon eat fruits....u can go to sleep already...
A: stop eating if you are hungry...
A: then alter days...pls go & run....
A: If you are really hungry...then don't think of food....go to sleep....
A: The next day...u wake up....you can have your hard boil egg again...
A: then u can repeat it every day....I'm sure u go reduced 50 kg in 3 months...
A: Work hard....when u will start your programme???
B: 50kg???
B: so i.m less pai ku only
A: U must work towards it & u will strike...

A: yes...
